1. How do I order?

A: Use the main menu to browse to the product category you are interested in. Select the subcategory, if any. Browse through the products and click the “Add to Enquiry”(international customers) or the "Add to cart" button(India customers) to add products to your basket. It’s that simple. You can then proceed to pay using all payment modes like you shop for groceries online or submit a query(international customers). For international customers, we proceed to prepare a quote and the cheapest shipping option is calculated based on the order quantity.

A: We are located at G-8, Site-B, Surajpur Industrial Area, Greater Noida, UP - 201306, India

3. What is the Minimum order quantity?

A: There is none.

4. How are the items shipped?

A: Please go through the shipping and delivery section.

5. What about returns and refunds?

A: Please go through our return policy

6. How do I pay?

A: We accept a number of payment modes. UPI, All domestic cards and wallets are accepted. Cash on Delivery is not available at present.

7. How long does delivery take?

A: Retail orders are processed within 1 days. Shipping is via DTDC express and usually takes 3 days. International customers are notified of delivery times.

8. My query is not listed here. What do I do?

A: Reach out to us via the ‘Contact Us’ page and we’ll revert back within 24 hours.
