Shipping

Items are shipped three times a week using fully tracked DTDC service. Express upgrades are available on request at an additional charge. All of Mosaicarthouse.com orders are shipped from our warehouses in New Delhi or Greater Noida, India to your provided shipping address. Processing time is usually 1 day and the packages are delivered within 3 to 5 working days to major metros and within 3 to 7 days to Tier 2 cities and remote areas. Out of service areas are covered by speed post and delivery can take longer. We cannot change shipping location once an order has been shipped. Please note that domestic shipping is handled by a third party(DTDC) and we cannot guarantee delivery schedules.

International delivery details will be conveyed to the customer every time they place the order. We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different addresses, please order separately. We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form. 

For International orders: If the customer choses air delivery, the freight carrier will attempt delivery 2 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility offered by the freight carrier. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call Courier Company’s Customer Service at their local number and quotes your tracking number to trace your package.

Duties and Taxes

International orders: All of Mosaicarthouse.com orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses in New Delhi or Greater Noida, India. Due to the nature of international shipping, the customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The duties are calculated on your behalf by the freight carriers and they may contact you to pay an advance or deliver an invoice to you.

We are unable to calculate when and how much these customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Mosaicarthouse.com takes no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
