Exchanges, returns and refunds
We provide swift and hassle free replacements for items damaged during transit. Please contact us to know about replacements for goods damaged during transit. You may email us at admin@mosaicarthouse.com. For orders to be delivered in India we only offer exchange before shipping.
Mosaicarthouse.com has 'no return, no exchange' policy after items are shipped. This is because customers can use, test, scratch and damage premium items which cannot be restocked and sold to other customers. Only replacements are provided for items damaged during transit on submission of photographic evidence via phone or email.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your complaint or query, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
